Passionate about building teams, managing accounts, and leading products.
I started leading transformation projects in digital marketing way back in 2008 and successfully delivered marketing and solution selling transformation programs for Nokia globally.
In my current role, my digital marketing led team is responsible for sales and marketing (growth, performance, brand, and retention), digital product and Artificial intelligence platform, and sales hunting (B2B and B2C in Finland and B2B internationally – Dubai and Stockholm). Our user acquisition team is responsible for ROMI + Content + own/paid acquisition across digital channels (CRM, SEM, social, affiliate, display, sponsored content) and PR.
In different leadership roles, I have set up and led sales and marketing teams with budgets ranging from a 300 € monthly to a 2 million € annual budget. My direct team sizes have ranged from 5- 45 members and I have delivered my own sales targets and business P&L for several years.
Over the years, I have grown as a leader and delivered SaaS, IT services and product sales, end – end marketing, digital marketing, strategic marketing, brand management, key accounts, launched products, go to market execution, customer experience, and program management.
Currently, I’m heading sales and marketing at Neosmart Health. This is my second attempt to build a startup. I also live entrepreneurship life vicariously with startup investments – 3DBear.io, Finders Seekers Oy, Exprs, Neosmart Health Oy.
My next dream role includes some or all of these: Building and/or leading teams, marketing, P&L responsibility, business development, launching and managing – products, partnerships, and ecosystems, Digital marketing, growth, and leading brands. The cherry on the top will be a disrupting business, fun team with ambitious global growth plans.
